When hiring a company, big or small, for a particular service, there is always an inherent risk of whether the services will at least meet one's expectations. I must say Skycastle Rentals exceeded my expectations. I was planning a big birthday party and David's suggestions definitely enhanced the party. He was very accommodating with my many requests(some of which were last minute). His responses were always prompt and courteous.
The equipment was set up on a day that was rainy and windy. He even swung by the house afterwards to make sure the equipment was secured properly. That is the kind of dedication and customer service one looks for when working with a company...and is hard to find.

When all rental businesses in our immediate area were slow to respond to our inquiries, and we later discovered them to be booked solid and unavailable for our event, we reached out to SkyCastle (about 30 minutes away) for assistance. They provided a super-fast response to our inquiry for availability and a quote for services even under short-notice. Wonderful customer service in determining what we needed and extremely reasonable pricing. Excellent communication on the days of set-up and break-down with text notifications provided in advance of arrival. During set-up, the team was very professional and conscientious in assuring safety as well as damage prevention to the grounds and communicated all precautions very effectively.
